Ashley Furniture HomeStore, part of California Furniture Solutions, leased 58,608 square feet of warehouse space at 45101 Industrial Drive in Fremont. The company signed a five-year deal.
The 198,676-square-foot industrial building, built in 1986, will be used as a storage facility for retail store operation.

Ashley Furniture of Arcadia, WI has leased a newly completed 683,000-sf building that is one of three at ProLogis Park Redlands, a project of the Denver-based ProLogis REIT.
