How do I remove black discolouration from my garden furniture?
My garden furniture was out all last summer in the rain. I tried some off the shelf products but they don’t seem to work. The black discolouration is very bad.

We rent the house so major home improvements are not really viable , was hoping someone may know of some “lawn saving cup things”. Its not really the table that is the problem more the front legs of the chairs .

It has been covered over winter with a proper cover from B&Q. When I uncovered it yesterday for the first time this year I found it was mouldy. Not all over it, but enough to be annoying as it is still brand new. I didnt know this could happen to wooden garden furniture. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to repair this, and to stop it happening again? Thank you x x

I’m looking for low, just off the ground, wooden furniture that can be left outside permanently.

We have a lovely wooden table and chairs but would they spoil if i left them out permanently for the summer? Theyre treated with something – ie they came like that. We hardly ever use them cos its a pain getting them in and out of the shed, but if i felt safe to leave them out we’d use them more! Its been so wet lately ..

The total comes to about £400 but is it worth claiming on the house insurance or will my no claims discount be wiped out next year and end up costing me more in the long run?

My 6 month old Golden Retreiver puppy is very well behaved in the house, doesn’t chew and is now house trained. When he is left in the garden he destroys everything, rips up shrubs, pulls over pots and destroys the plants in them, rips my garden furniture, digs holes and eats everything and anything. He is exercised regularly, has plenty of doggie toys in the garden and even has another, older, dog to keep him company. Any ideas why he does this and what I can do to stop it?
