Texas furniture company makes first out-of-state move in Arizona

July 12th, 2007 Category Furniture

Eurway, a contemporary furniture store based in Texas, is opening its first out-of-state location in Tempe.

The grand opening is scheduled for July 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Emerald Center at Interstate 10 and Warner Road. It is the company’s fifth store.

“We’ve been doing business in the Phoenix area for years through our e-commerce Web site,” said Alan Chasak, Eurway’s chief operations officer. “After watching the sales volume increase, in 2005 we decided to visit the area and conduct a market review and preliminary site selection. As soon as we had our feet on the ground, we realized that the Emerald Design Center in Tempe was going to be the home of our first store outside of Texas.”

Eurway, in business for 27 years, sells furniture, lighting products and accessories from around the world. For more: www.eurway.com.
