Two Mt. Pleasant men are in Westmoreland County Prison, and a woman is being sought by borough police for allegedly stealing about $3,700 worth of furniture from a Levin Furniture storage facility on two occasions, police said.

Louisville furniture company sues two competitors

Louisville furniture company BJI Inc. has sued two competitors claiming they are infringing on a patent for synthetic wicker and other woven outdoor furniture materials.
BJI filed separate suits in federal court in Louisville Monday against Flanders Industries and Lane Furniture.
BJI says the patents are among the assets it bought in November from Sun Isle.
