Hash found smuggled inside furniture

Customs officials cracked open ornate Moroccan furniture to seize more than $2 million worth of hashish smuggled into Canada.

The state attorney general’s office says that some consumers left without furniture after a High Point business closed should file complaints with the state.

Fort Smith Furniture Maker Closing

Flanders Industries has announced it will close the Fort Smith factory where the company has made furniture since 1970. About 40 jobs will be lost.
