Furniture Brands International, Inc. is a residential furniture company, which markets its products through four operating subsidiaries: Broyhill Furniture Industries, Inc. (Broyhill), Lane Furniture Industries, Inc. (Lane), Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc. (Thomasville) and HDM Furniture Industries, Inc. (HDM Furniture Industries). Through these four subsidiaries, the Company designs, manufactures, sources, markets and distributes case goods, consisting of bedroom, dining room and living room furniture; stationary upholstery products, consisting of sofas, loveseats, sectionals and chairs; occasional furniture, consisting of wood, metal and glass tables, accent pieces, home entertainment centers and home office furniture; recliners, motion furniture and sleep sofas, and decorative accessories and accent pieces.
